• Monitor trading activity.

Users should independently assess the suitability and regulatory status of any broker before opening an account.

8. Affiliate Disclosure

• Fraudulent activity
• Spam
• Unauthorised advertising
• Misrepresentation
• Illegal activity
• Disruptive conduct

Motion FX reserves the right to remove any member at its sole discretion without notice.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Motion FX makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding:

• Reliability
• Availability
• Suitability
• Performance

• Participation in the Community;

• Broker introductions;
• Trading activity.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

15. Indemnity
